Gayle Sierens is now in her 32 year of broadcasting on the NBC affiliate WFLA in this 10 county area of Florida. Gayle began as a sportscaster, and was the first woman to call an NFL game. ![](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjTBwcAcnjcqrVp1N0SJr9lYrjaTu1pvajZO-JiWXnMuWvh0UurBRI_kZxhLtKfqDfW8vfShk5W7S6ZPb5Kyvvs2B27eb5mXc1ovwYghej0zO3bT7VsaefoL78HN30wmdCk6-Xq9zQpDQ4/s320/DSCN2004.JPG)
She is a wife, mother of three, and a committed Christian. She told our HOMEKEEPERS audience how she organized a daily time of prayer for a sick colleague. The outcome was favorable for everyone involved.
Needless to say, she is is one of the most accomplished, loved, and respected personalities in this area. Most would say that she comes across as "a best friend", or "the girl next door". After meeting her in person, I along with my colleagues here at the CHRISTIAN TELEVISION NETWORK would agree.
